SENIOR DESIGN PROGRAM MANAGER

As a senior leader in Product Experience, I drive operational excellence across our design organization. I lead monthly Experience Reviews with senior leadership, support our AI and tooling initiatives, and develop systems like Team Health Checks, Update Parties, and practitioner pairing to strengthen collaboration. I also produce our PX Town Halls and research process improvements that align design, engineering, and product goals.

SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

I partnered across disciplines to enhance our CLM 360 and Document Review tools; auditing flows for accessibility, restructuring document hierarchies, and improving task management. SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER & MANAGER

I worked on Agile XP teams in close collaboration with product managers and engineers. I led user research, whiteboarding, and rapid prototyping; often pairing with other designers to build and test ideas quickly.
